About Kanada Ya

Kanada-Ya is an award-winning Japanese ramen brand founded in 2008. There are currently 14 sites worldwide in London, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Spain. Kanada-Ya specialises in Tonkotsu ramen, a rich 18- hour pork bone broth from the island of Kyushu, served with Hakata-style noodles and various toppings. All of our dishes are prepared with a secret motodare or ‘master sauce’ which to this day is made by hand by our founders, Kazuhio Kanada’a recipe.
