JUMA Kitchen is Borough Market's hidden gem. Tucked away from the busy centre within Borough Market Kitchens, JUMA specilaises in charcoal cooked kababs and hand-crafted kubba (dumplings). The food is exciting, different and our customers love us. We have recently opened an in-house bakery, baking fresh tanoor bread on site, which has taken our charcoal grill offering to a whole new level. Everything is hand-made and home-made.
