The hotel is owned and run with great warmth and hospitality by the von Almen family. With only 24 rooms, our select number of guests enjoy a high level of service and comfort. Originating from the 19th century, the hotel has been tastefully restored and modernised, and is now considered to be one of the most charming and well-regarded mountain hotels in the Alps. Our food has a reputation for excellent contemporary cuisine as well as traditional dishes and international delicacies. Lunch at Wengernalp is highly regarded in the region, and tables on our sunny terrace are exceedingly sort after. For our guests, we serve a delicious five course set menu every evening, using only the very best fresh seasonal and locally sourced produce.
