All day coffee and casual dining. Open three evenings a week. Site 1 has an on-site deli which will be stocked with the best of British cheese, charcuterie and speclist food products. We want to create a business that attracts the post-covid generation of catering and hospitality teams. A business where 70 hour weeks are unheard of, everyone is home by 11pm, we only open a few evenings a week so most hours will come from weekdays, and no-one works all weekend, every weekend! With Site 2 currently under negotiation, we want to train and develop team members to grow with us as our business expands. We're creative with our interiors, our menus and our customer experiences and want to encourage our teams to share their own skills and creativity.
