High Ground Bakery is about to launch as a small neighbourhood bakery in Islington producing fresh pastries, baked goods and breads for our two coffee shops.
Focused on small-batch baking, quality ingredients and a simple hands-on approach, the bakery supplies daily pastries and baked goods alongside a growing retail offering for the local community. Inspired by great neighbourhood bakeries and cafés, the focus is on treats that feel generous and seasonal.
