About Half Cut Market
Half Cut is a bit of a hybrid business -- half shop and half bar, half wine and half beer, half food and half drink. As a shop we have a great range of around 80 wines, curated by owner-sommelier Holly Willcocks, plus 120 beers and a small selection of deli food. Everything that's available for retail can also be drunk on site, but we also have a rotating list of wines by the glass, beer on draught and a small kitchen producing delicious small plates to eat while you drink.Workplace Perks
