At its heart Hackney Coterie is a neighbourhood restaurant focused on food, wine & music. Drawing from the multicultural residence of Hackney and London the restaurant will be focused on serving creative small and large sharing plates, with a variety of diverse cuisines to create a vibrant dining experience. The kitchen will have a strong focus on sustainability and minimal waste and therefore showcase a seasonal and rapidly evolving menu. With walls filled with shelving specially designed to showcase wine. The restaurant will stock a wide variety of wines, encompassing organic, biodynamic and minimal intervention wines, as well as classical styles. The list will also include sake, craft beers & pre-batched cocktails.
