The guest house consists of 6 guest bedrooms available to rent 7 days a week. The restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday and we offer an italian influenced 5 course set menu that is centred around the season and changes weekly depenidng on the ingredients available to us locally. Some of the ingredients are grown by us in our kitchen garden and the rest are sourced directly from our friends and neighbours. We cook food from scratch with an emphasis on artisan techniques. Bread is prepared daily in our microbakery and we have an established larder programme with particular focus on the areas of pork preservation, pickling and fermentation.
