About George & Heart House

Made up of three areas, The Pub, keeping the feel of the original old Saloon, this area feels intimate and warm with logs by the fireplace and hanging Kentish hops. The bar itself sits in the same position it stood 300 years ago and the old Cobbs stained glass windows are still intact. Our lively Restaurant is an informal space with comfort in mind. Seating 45 covers its always best to book ahead to avoid disappointment. On the top floor of The George & Heart House are the newly revamped rooms. We asked local artists each to design a room, unique in style with a nod to our seaside surroundings. All six rooms include access to Reggie’s Bar, The Zen Den and the Old Stables Courtyard. We hope our guests will feel like one big family whilst still enjoying the privacy of their own space.
