About FYR Restaurant

F?R is all about using open fire and smoke to make creative, delicious food. We regularly change our menu depending on what exciting ingredients are in season, and with regular new dish ideas. We value sustainability and also source the finest quality organic, high-welfare meat, poultry and fish from our suppliers. F?R is the Anglo Saxon word for "fire", and we chose it to illustrate that every cuisine started with fire. Every culture has dishes passed down through the generations which are still cooked over fire, and fire unites us. Our menu takes inspiration from cuisines around the world, including Japanese, French, Italian and British. We are currently on an exciting trajectory from pop-ups to permanent site, and need the right people to be part of that journey with us as we grow.
