Opening in August 2022 our menus will be inspired by the great female chefs and cookery writers of the past, such as Jane Grigson and Elizabeth David and we’ll be working with some wonderful local suppliers and producers to showcase the best of what Kent has to offer. Simplicity, seasonality and locality will be at the heart of everything we do. Throughout the year the kitchen will host a series of chef residencies, collaborations and workshops with local foragers and micro-producers. This will be a fantastic opportunity to learn from exceptional chefs and experts in their field, expanding your knowledge and skill-set across various disciplines and cuisines. We're a friendly, female-led kitchen, with considerable experience at some of London's top restaurants and a focus on creating an inclusive, creative and enjoyable work environment.
