This is your chance to join a great start up and help us build it from the ground up. We are a small start up associated with a team of expert organisations and partners. Our first flagship store is set to open beginning of September in West London. We are already in talks with regards to our second and third openings. We will grow fast. Our Cafe offers 14 young adults with learning disabilities a traineeship programme in our Cafe for up to 1 year. During their time at the Cafe we will train them in barista skills, food prep, food hygiene, customer service , till and team work. Following their 1 year at the Cafe we will help them find mainstream employment and we will keep supporting them for up to 6 months.
