We aim very high on every level – the products, the freshness of the ingredients, the glassware, the bar materials, the spirits, and the ‘savoir-faire’ of our staff; no effort is spared. We do not have an exclusive commercial partnership with a specific brand or product, keeping our choices always opens to choose the best, and we don’t try to cut corners where it impedes on the quality of our client’s experience. Snobbery and acts of stardom are forbidden. While our restaurants and their ambiances are very well appointed, and the clients are often well to do, one of our unique attributes is that we are open to everyone; the idea is to have an eclectic mix of people so that the nights are always interesting.
