About Crown & Queue Meats Ltd.

We are best understood as a manufacturer and production kitchen. Combining elements of butchery, curing, mixing, mincing, fermenting, aging, tending our own unique line of dry-cured and prepared meats. We run a fairly successful ecommerce store, supplying our meats nationwide, run a "brick-and-mortar" retail shop out the front of our production space and, when hospitality is 'normal', supply a large number of restaurants, pubs, shops and grocers in a wholesale capacity.
