Set over two floors with a capacity of 60, Caia will be fuelled by sustainable, gastronomic and personality driven wines, alongside a list of classic aperitivo cocktails. With our custom-built open fire cooking range, there’ll be incredible dishes cooked over fire, with a seasonal, ingredient lead focus. We have partnered up with legendary Stranger Than Paradise Records, so you can expect weekly music driven events, played through a Hifi sound system.
