Here you will find a heated pool, hot tub and saunas, as well as massage rooms and an award-winning restaurant that is featured in the Michelin Guide.The menus for both the poolside bar and the restaurant are based around our Italian wood ovens and bespoke charcoal grill and have Mediterranean and North African influences, with nods to the Levant for its exoticness and California for its seasonality, presented simply without fuss or complication, letting the ingredients speak for themselves. The idea is for guests to sit back, enjoy being served by friendly staff whilst watching the swimmers alongside and your food being prepared in the Wood (now Gas fuel to support the survival of the environment) fired oven. Our Spa provides a holistic approach to tailored massages, using bespoke oils, guests can relax while hearing the lapping of the water on the pool's edge.
