Chef Alberto Landgraf (Oteque, Rio de Janeiro - 2 Michelin star, 47 on World's 50 Best Restaurants list) is opening his second restaurant, here in his second home; London The successful team will be expertly trained by Alberto, and his award winning Sommelier and Front of House (FOH) Manager Laís Aoki. Our kitchens and FOH will work as one team, learning each other's craft by way of a blended BOH/FOH customer service. The kitchen will be led by Nilson Chaves, former Head Chef of Oteque, who is permanently relocating to London, and will be working alongside Sous Chef, Luciana Alves.
