About Bokman

At Bokman, we cook dishes that we love, and our menu is rich in history and heritage, taking inspiration from our favourite restaurants in Seoul and further afield in Korea. That’s why we spend a lot of time making our own soy sauce, pickles, kimchi, marinades, and kombucha. Focused on Anju (drinking food) it pairs perfectly with our low intervention wine list and Korean inspired cocktails. We use the best ingredients, a lot of which we make in house using techniques learned from family and colleagues, so you can experience a real taste of Korea in the heart of Bristol
