After successfully running markets and events in the Bristol food scene for over 10 years, we have recently opened doors to a brand new DIM SUM and Wine Bar in St Werburghs, Bristol (BS2). Opening five days a week Wed-Sun, the restaurant offers an evening service with indie/low intervention wine pairings, vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options, a concise but considered cocktail menu and speciality coffee, green teas & oolong. In 2025 we will be launching weekend Yum Cha (Chinese breakfast/brunch), an affordable lunchtime offering & takeaway collection. Beyond the restaurant, we continue to run our markets, corporate event catering, and our kitchen unit rental, with plans to branch out into new territory - so watch this space!
