Haya is a neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill serving a seasonal based Mediterranean menu with an Israeli influence. We will officially open in the middle of September.
We are looking to build an energetic team, with a passion for fresh produce, and high quality. The kitchen is lead by head chef Shiri Kraus, a mother herself who is working to create a friendly and relaxed kitchen and dining atmosphere.
Shiri has a strong background in traditional Israeli & Middle Eastern food having worked for years within the Palomar group. Shiri is keen to create exciting and vibrant food with a strong focus on sustainability and high quality ingredients.

Octopus with amba cream, artichokes and truffle harissa
Veal liver with pomegranate molasses, Israeli couscous risotto and pistachio honeycomb
