We are open from morning to evening, and our food is innovative and honest with a huge focus on flavour, seasonality and provenance. The evening menu is designed for sharing. People – With your Head Chef, take responsibility for the recruitment, onboarding, training, leadership and performance management of the kitchen team in a positive and proactive way.
Product – Assist your Head Chef in ensuring the consistency, quality and innovativeness of all food products in your venue.
Place – With your Head Chef & GM, ensure the operational and legal compliance, cleanliness & maintenance of your kitchen.
Profit - Ownership of your venue’s food GP, BOH budget management, food sales driving, product costing & BOH labour spend.
