The Hoxton, Southwark will be our latest addition to The Hoxton family, and our third hotel in London, only a skip & a hop away from the South Bank. There’ll be something for everyone: 192 rooms, a bustling ground-floor restaurant, bar and terrace, The Apartment (our unique meeting & events space), a stunning roof-top restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating PLUS our brand-new co-working space spread over six floors. It’s going to be quite something!

As a Sous Chef you oversee the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our menu is delivered to each customer consistently and to the highest standard. You report into the Head Chef and work with them to lead, motivate and inspire your team while living the values and setting the highest possible standards. You’re approachable, a great coach and love developing your team to be their best whilst always developing yourself as well.
