  2. Our menus are Seasonal Modern British, Nose To Tail. Our produce is from Britain but also a little further a field in Europe.
  3. We cater for weddings, parties, corporate events; all sorts of happy occasions.

Role description

  1. Bright dynamic, hard work, organised chef. With a true love and passion for food. Who will cook, plan and organise a happy and well managed kitchen to bring beautiful food to our customers.

Responsibilities

Running of kitchen,

Ordering, stock takes, etc

Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards

training of chefs

Planning menus for restaurant & catering jobs

Support head chef in every way possible

Work happily with front and back of house teams

Ideal candidate

Bright, hard working, experienced, passionate for food and restaurants and also wants to learn.

Desired experience/skills

worked for several years in kitchens with a strong C.V,  confident in cooking mains, butchery, prepping fish, braising meat, loves food and restaurants.

Someone who can rise to the challenge in stressful situations and loves a busy restaurant
