Full-time Kitchen/BoH: Chef de Partie

About us

We are an independent family run business situated in Crouch End, North London. We have a busy and vibrant neighbourhood restaurant & wine bar that seats 60 covers.

The restaurant mainly serves fish and seafood and we specialise in high quality seasonal produce. Our menu changes almost daily, and we serve a mixture of oysters and small creative plates right up to whole charcoal grilled fish. We aim to use all parts of the fish and to reduce our waste of this beautiful ingredient.

Head Chef Talia has worked at the likes of The Fat Duck and Le Gavroche and is passionate about creating food that is thought-provoking and challenging. She draws on a variety of different cuisines for inspiration, including Japanese, Mediterranean and classical French.

On the floor we have an enthusiastic and fun-loving team that is headed up by Owner Anthony who has worked at the likes of ROKA, HIX and The Wolseley. Lyon’s has an interesting wine list that focuses on minimal to low intervention wines from small producers that are mostly organic and biodynamic.
