CDP position in soho or city
To be able to work in a busy kitchen and work their way through the different sections
To be able to communicate well with the team
Responsibilities include prepping for most of the menu, from making dashi to frying tempura, and running a section efficiently
We value open minded individuals who are willing to learn and work in a growing young team. Past experience would be preferable but not necessary as we have trained many junior chefs to managing senior levels.
We would ideally like to talk to candidates with interest for good produce who can pay attention to detail and communicate well with the rest of team.
2-3 years professional cooking experience would be ideal, but not essential
