We are a small creative company that connects amazing design, great taste, talented people and responsible business. We focus on market insights, strategy and innovation; predominantly but not exclusively for food, drink and hospitality businesses large and small, global and local.

We work with our partner agency network to develop restaurant concepts, brands, products and content, and all our work is underpinned by a collaborative approach to creating great culture and promoting a sustainable approach to business.

Role description

We are now looking to take on a driven, hardworking and passionate individual to support the founder and project producer with all aspects of coordination and administration for our projects, as well as help with planning and executing our marketing strategy.

Whilst we have a particular skill set in mind, we’re also keen to hear from anyone who is excited by this challenge, as long as the application is supported by sound reasoning as to why you’d knock this out the park!


You’ll work full time from our office in the heart of Soho but with plenty of flexibility around working hours and responsible remote working, in an environment that favours a task-based approach and self-learning over micromanaging and clock watching.

The role shall include -

  1. Being responsible for all general coordination and administration as required
  2. Keeping Asana (our project management software) up to date and liaising with the project producer on all aspects of the delivery of our projects
  3. Ensuring that our team of collaborators and freelancers are aware of - and working to - deadlines
  4. Being the gatekeeper of all documents, polishing up presentations before being put to clients
  5. Online research and image searching for all of our projects
  6. Coordination of diaries, project emails, travel and accommodation
  7. Minuting client meetings and presentations and logging and managing follow-ups
  8. Support the project producer and founder with the formation and launch of our charity foundation
  9. Supporting with the creation of our marketing plan including researching, planning and coordinating blog content, podcasts and running social media channels
  10. Any other skills and interests you want to bring to the party

Ideal candidate

This is a diverse and varied role and we’re looking for someone who’s really proactive and able to learn on their feet, whilst contributing to all aspects of running a small business working on a wide range of projects.

  1. You have management experience - be it a restaurant floor team, projects or events

  2. You’re familiar with agency structure and process

  3. You know your Aces from your Hoxtons and your Dishooms from your Darjeeling Express

  4. You’re naturally brilliant at communicating and getting on with everyone

  5. You’re articulate and confident in front of colleagues and clients

  6. You’re organised, diligent and you don’t let anything drop through the cracks

  7. You know when confidence turns in to bullshit

  8. You know your way around a computer and you’re able to produce great Keynote presentations

  9. You know what great photography looks like and how to find brilliant images online

  10. Ideally, you’ve used Asana as a project management tool in the past

  11. You have a keen eye for detail and grammar, and a hawk eye for catching rogue typos



It Would Be a Bonus if -

  1. You have a great instagram profile, love the platform and feel like you could do a great job of running ours

  2. You’re able to research relevant industry topics and write blog posts that engage our target audience

  3. You’ve used Squarespace and are able to build simple websites and keep them updated

  4. You have a passing interest in digital marketing and feel like this is an area in which you’d like to test and improve your skills
