About us

BVC are a fast-growing, London-based hospitality group started by three friends Jeremy Coste, Gabriel Cohen-Elia and David Bellaiche in 2013. Their first restaurant opened the same year - North Audley Cantine, a much-loved neighbourhood bistro in Mayfair.

Specialising in comfort food and healthy dishes with Parisian attitude, NAC is a buzzing, local gem that offers informal hospitality and a broad menu of feel-good food in an area of London otherwise known for its well-heeled and exclusive dining spots.

In 2016, Ahi Poké was opened in Fitzrovia - a California-inspired poké shop that works with the seasons, selecting the best ingredients from land and sea, serving them up Hawaii-style, as fresh and wholesome bowls, bursting with flavour. Ahi Poké now has 6 sites across London.

Most recently, BVC opened Crème, a dessert shop specialising in giant cookies, soft serve ice cream and coffee. The cookies are baked-fresh on site and served warm throughout the day.

Role description

We’re looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to take the lead on all digital communications; from setting the social strategy for each brand, managing and growing the accounts, being the day to day contact for all customer enquiries and building out the community around each business.

The role is full time and based from our office in Fitzrovia.

Responsibilities

Day to day management of social media (particularly instagram). Content planning, posting, copywriting and follower engagement.

Day to day customer enquiry response - being responsible for the emails for all the brands, answering questions, directing questions to the correct departments.

Keeping google up to date, responding to reviews.

Digital advertising.

Community management and growth - being the voice of the brand and actively working to build a relationship with our customers, and raise awareness of our businesses.

Marketing related work - brand partnerships.

Ideal candidate

We are looking for someone that is food-obsessed, and wants to be involved in breathing new life into our brands, and launching and growing our new ones.

An independent worker that is adept at Instagram to work with the brand director to deliver the social campaigns throughout the year.

Desired experience/skills

Ideally you will have worked in a similar position and bring to the role a network of influencers and an ability to create engaging content and copy.

A strong capacity for written and spoken English is important as you will be directing the voice, tone and language of each brand.

Creatively, it would be ideal if you had reasonably-good photography skills and are proficient in design software such as photoshop and illustrator.
