About us

We are a small family run business and have a very experienced team who operate two seafood restaurants adjacent to each other on the beautiful inland waterways of The Regents Canal. Our fish is delivered fresh everyday from Cornish day boat fishermen.

One of our restaurants sails every evening from Little Venice to Camden Lock. The other remains moored in Paddington. We help people celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, lifestyle changes or just a standard Tuesday afternoon.

Role description

Looking for a senior chef and back of house manager to support our Head Chef, working to maintain the fresh and top quality food we serve. We require someone to be able to work full time, flexible shifts.


Day to day responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Head Chef and running the kitchen in his absence in a busy fast paced environment

- Ordering, working with suppliers

- Training chefs

- Ensuring due diligence is up to date

Ideal candidate

We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving London the freshest fish that the Cornish waters can offer. We have a lot of fun and have fantastic relationships with our suppliers and only serve supreme ingredients. Our fish is delivered and served to our customers pretty much the day after it has been caught. A minimum of two years of experience is required. Ideally, the successful candidate would have experience working in a similar environment.
