Haya is a neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill serving a seasonal based Mediterranean menu with an Israeli influence. We will officially open in the middle of September.
We are looking to build an energetic team, with a passion for fresh produce, and high quality. The kitchen is lead by head chef Shiri Kraus, a mother herself who is working to create a friendly and relaxed kitchen and dining atmosphere.
Shiri has a strong background in traditional Israeli & Middle Eastern food having worked for years within the Palomar group. Shiri is keen to create exciting and vibrant food with a strong focus on sustainability and high quality ingredients.

We're looking for a senior chef de partie and a chef de partie to join our team.
We are a small team so the team will be required to learn all aspects of the menu and will be trained continuously so they can one day grow within the business.
An interest in Middle Eastern & Israeli food,
Daily running of all sections with constant rotation within the kitchen.
Managing stock levels within the sections and consistency throughout service.
I am looking for someone who really has a passion for food in high quality and is willing to learn new techniques and evolve.
