We are looking to hire an energetic and passionate Head Chef for Obicà's new concept Mozzasando. Minimum 3 years in similar role is required. To taste food product daily, to assess quality and overall consistency. To develop new ideas, recipes for CEO approval.
Manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes
A passionate Head Chef with a solid experience
3 years experience in the same role
