We are a deli/restaurant specialising in spices from India and the Middle East. We take pride in making everything in house, using free range meat, sustainable fish and sourdough from a craft bakery. We are a small team run by husband and wife team. Everyday we have a brunch and salad style lunch, proteins service plus all our cakes/cookies/and sweet treats! On the weekend evenings we offer cocktails, dinner and puddings.
We are looking for a chef de partie!
Chef de Partie starting at £10-12 per hour, 40 hours a week (most likely 730-330) and should be confident in all sections including baking, running service and prepping salads.
CDP-knowledge of Indian and Middle Eastern ingredients, Level 2 food hygiene, organised and meticulous. We are a small team, so being able to work independently with minimum management is essential.
