Role description

Experienced Section Waiter

We are looking for a waiter/ waitress to join us full time. We offer competitive pay & a fantastic employee discount. Paid holidays and the highest quality of wine education and training is offered during your time with us. CV required for application, and please confirm you are eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities

To run a section, interact with guests, provide knowledgeable recommendations and a friendly but attentive service. You will also be responsible for the set up and close down of the restaurant for each service, mis en plus etc.

Ideal candidate

Trullo is a busy neighbourhood restaurant, as such service can be fast paced. We rely on talented individuals to provide a memorable customer experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry, and about food. Hard working and able to work well in a team environment.

 

Desired experience/skills

A minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant of a similar standing is preferred for this position. Wine knowledge is not a must, but a keen interest is always appreciated, there are plenty of opportunities for in house training or support.
