Role description

We are looking for an experienced & talented Restaurant duty manager who has a love of good food and wine and takes pride in giving excellent customer service.
You will have a clear presence on the floor and in the shop, overseeing all shifts - including the shop, the restaurant and events.
You will learn all aspects of the business and develop a detailed understanding of the produce sold in the shops, how it’s used on the menus and the ethos that drives the business.






This is a front of house role, you will be smart & professional with a keen eye for detail and great leadership skills, organised, great at multi-tasking and self-motivated, positive can-do attitude, bringing your own innovative ideas to the job and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You will be seating and greeting guests, maximising covers, making regulars and new guests feel equally welcome, ensuring all guests are looked after with a consistently great service experience.

Working with the GM to train and develop the team to ensure LFB maximises sales and team development through regular staff training to promote the business through the changing menus & seasonal events, and understand what it takes to maintain the high standards that have been set across the company.

Ideal candidate

Recent & Relevant experience in a similar style business in a Food and beverage management position
some wine knowlege and barrista trained
Great Staff management and development skills with a keen eye for detail
Health and safety rules and regulations
Administrative procedures
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
Team management & leadership skills
Excellent time keeping & smart appearance
'Firm but fair' with a kind and approachable nature.
