Jordan Frieda and Tim Siadatan, who opened Trullo (www.trullorestaurant.com) together in June 2010, have long dreamed of having a pasta bar that served the best hand-rolled pasta with authentic, slow-cooked Italian sauces; together with a small number of exceptional wines coming straight from the barrel, an Italian cocktail list and a few of their favourite ice creams, pastries and sourdough bread, produced by hand on site.

We are recruiting a strong CDP, who ideally possesses knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques and seasonal British and European produce, or is willing to learn!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join and grow within a young, dynamic team focused on high-quality produce and dishes. Teaching and guidance will be given, and you will learn to operate efficiently within a fast paced restaurant.
Requirements for CDP position:
Previous experience as a CDP
Strong Food and Safety/Hygiene knowledge
Willingness to learn and strive in a fast-paced environment.
6 shifts over 5 days. Always having two days off per week.
Quality Staff Breakfast and Dinner provided.

The preparation and service of our antipasti, pasta & dessert offering. To be creatively involved in the development of the product and to contribute to finding new, exciting and efficient practices which can be used in Padella without compromising the integrity of the business. To work within and to consult on new and existing practices which may improve the smooth, safe production of our product.
Someone with a bright attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment ideal.
