Bancone is a modern fresh pasta restaurant situated in Covent Garden right in the heart of theatre-land.
We are an atmospheric and buzzy restaurant with an open kitchen where guests can relax and eat while watching the chefs at work. Our pasta is rolled, and formed in the window which attracts much attention from people passing outside!
The kitchen brigade is a team of 10 chefs and we work closely with the front of house team to ensure we deliver the best possible experience for our guests.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef looking to improve their career.
