Our menus are created in the endeavour of sustainable and whole-cycle cooking with the intent of maximising healthiness without sacrificing flavour. We ferment, pickle, smoke, dry and make everything we possibly can in house. Role description

To work within our existing team at a high-level, following instruction and recipes, to be competent across all sections of the kitchen.


To have minimum 1 years experience in senior role.

To be positive and personable.

To have a passion for working sustainably.

To have good personal presentation and hygiene.

To have the ability to handle pressure and solve problems.

To have the ability to maintain a clean section.

To have excellent verbal communication.

To have an appreciation of exceptional food.

To have sound knowledge of cooking terminology, techniques & ingredients.

Ideal candidate

A passionate, dedicated chef to join our growing team in East London. Must be keen on sustainability in hospo at a busy, high-end level.

Desired experience/skills

At least 1-year experience in a busy, fast paced kitchen.
