Role description

We're looking for a Food Production Assistant to join our kitchen in Bermondsey. You'll be part of a team making our Natoora To Go range, made fresh daily for our own five shops in London and Waitrose. From grilling Trombetta Courgettes to making fresh basil pesto, you'll be working with the same incredible produced by some of the most influential chefs in London.

Most food to go is made up of processed ingredients from lots of different suppliers. We make everything from scratch, from the same produce, dried goods and dairy we source through our transparent supply chain. Everything we make is radically seasonal, following the subtle shifts in flavour that happen every day. We source every single ingredient through our own supply chain, working direct with producers and growers we know by first name and whose farms we've visited in person.

By joining our team, you'll be part of a Food System Revolution that is changing the way food is being farmed and supplied.
