Full-time Kitchen/BoH: Sous Chef

About us

We are independent Spanish restaurant (aprox. 36 covers) based in Brockley, south east London. Our style of food served in the restaurant is Spanish and predominantly traditional with a twist, served as tapas or raciones (slightly bigger dishes to share). All of which express the rich diversity of all regions across the country. Not forgetting the most famous such as tortilla de patatas or rice. We believe in the importance of seasonal ingredients used in our kitchen as well as high quality artisan produce such as (cheeses, charcuteries, minimum intervention wines) all of which are imported by us directly from artisan small producers in Spain. We also work directly with butchers and fishmongers in UK where sustainability is their aim.
