NEW OPENING - 10 Heddon St, by Chris Leach
Chris Leach (ex Pitt Cue(Soho OG), Kitty Fisher's, Petersham Nurseries) and David Carter (SMOKESTAK) are launching a new restaurant inspired by the regional cooking Chris encountered on his travels through Rome, Bologna and Napoli, with a strong focus on hand-made pastas and in-house butchery and charcuterie using pigs from Fred Price in Somerset (Gothelney Farmer).
Simplicity, conviviality, commitment to local producers and a fun and informal vibe will be at the heart of the restaurant. The inaugural site will be a 60 cover restaurant with terrace open for lunch and dinner on Heddon St.
We are currently recruiting for all positions and levels, including chefs, kitchen porters, bar, and wait team. There is the opportunity for f/t or p/t time and all roles will be paid a competitive wage dependent on experience, with great potential for development and progression.
Roles will start on July 10th and 11th so it is important you're available for this time.
