Donnelly's brings together fresh, sustainable ingredients in the form of delicious British tapas. Our suppliers are ethical and sustainable and really care about their produce. It's seasonal and grown in and around London and within the UK.

We have had two successful residencies at Louie Louie( Elephant and Castle)  and Sun and 13 Cantons (Soho) and after a storming 5 months in London Bridge we are looking to expand our team due to growing demand.

We will  serve you the best quality sustainable and ethical produce, working closely with farmers, fisheries and suppliers using cooking techniques picked up on the teams' travels from around the world. All of our ingredients are reared, grown and loved in the UK. 


Role description

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Chef De Partie

Someone who is looking to make that move up and take responsibility for there section and help the juniors.

Chef de Partie will report directly to Head Chef/sous chef and support them in a daily basis on operations and also be part of the menu development and planning of the restaurant.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic and can work well in a small hard working, fun loving team.

A love for seasonal cooking is a must!


Running the day to day of your section and helping the young members of the team in their tasks.

Helping with ALC menu development and weekly changing lunch menu.

Helping in general cleanliness and safety of kitchen,


Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more experience in a high standard busy kitchen,


They must be adaptable to working in a team and also have leadership skills to help push on the younger team members.

Donnelly's kitchen is not about lots of shouting, its about mentoring our team to make sure the shouting does not happen in the first place
